Zenimax trademarks Hearthfire. : V

"Hearth Fire" has been filed by Zenimax Media under:

"Computer game software for use with computers and video game consoles; downloadable computer game software offered via the internet and wireless devices"

This suggests to me that Hearthfire will be the DLC after Dawnguard considering it being relevant lore wise with Hearthfire being one of the months in TES.
