All right so when my character was saved, he was sitting in a chair, now he's standing on the chair legs glitched into the chair. How do I fix this issue?

It's probably just a graphical glitch; try and use the activation key so that your character gets up.

I fixed it. I was about to scream if it was anything like Oblivion with no way out of the glitch. Lvl 35 is not a character you want to restart.

I thought you were going to mention the Chair-Glitch I saw the other day. I was approaching a Forsworn camp and in the distance was a woman sat on a chair, relaxing by the fire. I quietly sniped her with my Bow. Later, once I'd cleared the camp of all the other Forsworn, I walked by the chair and noticed the dead woman lying down kind of inside the chair, with her left arm skewered by one of the chair legs and bent the wrong way. Made me smile anyhow.

There are a number of chair bugs in the game, like in Riften a gaurd sits in on fresh air outside the pub like its a chair.
