heavy and light armor

My char is a sneaky bowman who also uses one handed when i started i threw about 4 of 5 perks into light armor I'm level 46 now and have obtained ebony mail form quest and love the look of sweetie. so i nade a bow and some boots and gloves ( look of hood to nice same with stats ) and enchanted them ( infact it'd better because I can enchant them both with bow damage and can switch to anchient shroud gloves if I need for dagger )
My question is even tho I already put perks in light armor can i still throw five in light armor and switch around?

Right now my perks are as follows( aprox )
Archery max
Alchemy none
Lighht armor 5-6
Lockpick none
Enchant none
One handed none
Pp a bunch
Sneak a bunch
speech none

Now the only perks I want are the first 5 in heavy armor the first 6 in enchanting and 4 more in sneak
I know doing this is against min max stardard but I don't think I care I just wanna have fun my only question is could this make the game much harder?

Also I know I have 15 levels to them all which is disheartning so if I get the heavy amrmor ones first it will take me a long time to get the others but if I get the others first heavy armor is less viable.
So what should I do ? Get them in skill order ( if so which order) or mix it up as I level.

Don't get the first 5 in heavy armor (if you're talking about improving your armor rating 20, 40, 60% etc). If you're any good at smithing, especially with smithing enchantments equipped, you'll reach armor cap anyway.

I say put 8 in enchanting (the five strengthening ones and up the middle to double enchantments), then sneak and put a handful into heavy armor.
