A Request for Bethesda :)

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 2:46 am

Well since everyone is making request, I want to make one of my own. Dragon mounts, Beth is it possible that we might get that? What if I say pretty please with sugar on top?

Mods could make that a reality, but you were able to ride a dragon once during the main Quest-line, and speaking of mods, there are quite a few that actually turn you into a dragon.

Not a fan of dragon mounts but I wouldn't object to them. I'm not sure how they would fit though.

It would be pretty cool to have an expansion in which you turn into an actual dragon.

This was my least favorite too, followed closely by the Vampire Lord's imp minions. Seriously hope that feature was cut out of the finished product.

I wouldn't be against the idea if the game world didn't look terrible from high up. Still a good looking game on the ground though so that's where Iplan to stay

Same here. It's too much childish and crappy-quality-epicness. I'd expect it in WoW, not in a TES game.

Only if it includes mounted combat and spears/lances.

Awww come on, imagine the epicness that this would be combined with mounted combat. Imagine yourself flailing your sword in the air, while your dragon tries to fly at the same time that the textures load. That's simply epic......

I started this thread with sarcasm (albeit no one noticed), but that does sound epic.

Well I was thinking no when it was just flying on dragons but if mounted combat actually worked well on a dragon it would be very cool. Unfortunately I doubt it would work too well, but it's a fun thought.

Why would you have to use a weapon if you're riding a 50 tons heavy, naturally armored, fire breathing mountain from hell?

Dragons are more intelligent than the average human/mer. I highly doubt they'd submit to a mortal as a mount.

Before everyone jumps on the OP

remember the datamined files referenced "flying mount" along with crossbows.

maybe not a dragon but what else flies that you would want to ride?

do not say cliff racer.
