ok i have skyrim for my both my computers on one there is no problem but on the other whenever i use any type of magic it doesnt show...like if i cast flames i dont see the flames just the burn effect on the opponent or if i cast ice storm i only see the enemy become blue and shouts magic effects are invisible too...the thing is the computer this happens on is the one i used the disk to download skyrim with and then just transferred the steam folder to my laptop because it doesnt have a disk drive, but the magic all works on that computer...any suggestions?
