Since updating, I've noticed that my skill level and perks have no apparent effect on my ability to make potions or improve armor. So despite having maxed both skills and picked up all available quality-enhancing perks, I can't improve armor past "Fine" or create a worthwhile potion (e.g. the best Fortify Smithing potion I can make is +4%). Also, my +crafting gear has no effect, despite the enchantments appearing under "Active Effects." I looked around awhile, both here and with google, but didn't find any mention of this issue (the Bug Thread DOES mention that sometimes smithing bonuses don't register, but here I have two whole skills and 14 perks that don't seem to function in any capacity). Has anyone else had crafting issues? Sorry if this doesn't warrent a new topic, the Bug Thread just seems kinda long and abandoned.

Also, I checked in on Enchanting and it seems to be working fine.
