Pretty much, at almost all times EVERYTHING moves/lags faster. My character runs faster, but the world/npc animations/reactions go faster too. When talking, it will skip dialogue to the next line quickly while the audio still palys at normal speed. Sometimes it's REALLY unbearable and goes VERY fast. This is EXTREMELY annoying and the only -temporary- fix i've found so far is reinstalling, but I can't keep doing that and losing characters. I just reinstalled two days ago and it's happening again.

How's your framerate?

Turn on Vertical Sync if it isn't already on and tell me if that fixes your problem.

I can't find any option to enable a "Vertical Sync" in game settings or in the launcher settings/options
