Well a Falmer was in the trailer and it's always possible that the Snow Prince is a vampire and thus involved.

I posted a few details from the latest game-informer in another thread, and people were very receptive, so I figured I'd post more. Remember, scans aren't allowed. You can always pick up a copy at your local gamestop as well if you don't believe me
1. There are new dragons. Legendary Dragons, which are even stronger then Ancient Dragons.
2. You will be going to Oblivion. The Soul Cairn, to be exact.
3. Crossbows fall under the Archery skill tree.
4. If you help the vampires, you can become a vampire lord. But you probably guessed that.
5. Vampires WILL have a perk tree. Werewolves will also be getting one to balance it out.

Wait where is this vampire perk tree seen at? Can you show it?

My question is basically if this confirms those vamps are the Volkihar or a new strain. Either way I owe some people an "I told you so" from my big bag of I-told-you-so's, I'm just not sure what kind of I-told-you-so I'm supposed to be passing out yet. :C
