Can we get some more Eye Colors for all Characters. I would love to see a few Dark Elf's red eyes for Nords.

Also would love to see a Barber Shop to edit Hair and Facial hair, Maybe even a magical Doc to change facial features.

I agree with everything you mention I would also line the option to change face paint and dirt levels or have the dirt naturally accumulate on your skin and wash off when you get in the water or sonething like that would be better for the dirt.

Maybe a Tatoo Artist in Skyrim? Heck yes

And the option to change facepaint when you wish, I am pretty sure I seen something about a tattoo in the Dawnguard notes.
