Not sure if this is an issue with a new computer or the game, but something isn't right with the game so I am posting here. Every screenshot I take is this same size and I am unable to open this file. When I copied the file to my old PC (which had no issues opening Bitmap image), I still could not view it. When I used a program to turn it into a JPEG, the image came out in black and white and distorted.

Any ideas?

Thats not right. Are you using any mods? How are you taking said screenshots?
