Perhaps they Give themselves forum accounts and rant and rave at each other anonymously over their implemented mechanics and story that they agree/disagree with?

I think they read threw them thwy have been addressing things with us threw the patches and then look at the new expansion Dawnguard, then they have been using are feedback threw betas.

This has nothing to do with Skyrim.

The devs do read the forums. They may or may not be visible, they may or may not be logged in, but they read the forums.
