What's with the GiantTroll hybrid? : V

So i'm checkin out the trailer for Skyrim: Dawnguard and at some point I notice dovahkiin fighting what appears to be a cross between a frost troll and a giant. I'm curious to the lore behind these ugly "Giant Trolls".

Frost Giants most likely, I initially thought Grahls but they have tusks unlike the creature in the trailer. Shame really, Grahls are cool.

I'm wondering how kill-cams are gonna work out with all these new creatures. It looked like the frost giant in the trailer was killed in a kill cam. Hopefully there isn't any freezes like I had in the vanilla version of skyrim where I would get locked in perma-killcam

I'm almost one-hundred percent certain it's just a frost giant.
It looks almost identical to Karstaag, & he was a frost giant, king of the frost giants, I believe.
