i have competed the theives guild, the dark brother hood, the companions,the main quest,stormcloaks v.s. imperials, college of Winterhold, Bards colledge,ran out of bounties and rumors at inns, collected the dragon priest mask, have most unique weapons, i completed the cult thing, I completed the quest from falkreath with the werewolf, i completed the Markarth prison quest, I completed the mot quests.Any recomendations would be helpfull thank you

Why not start over with a new character that is very different from your previous character?

And if you are on PC, there are a lot of excellent mods with quest content and at least one (Arthmoor's http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=14243) that allows you to skip Helgen and choose from among 10-15 different possible character origins and starting locations.
