I thought they said... ?

I welcome Dawnguard ...Duskwalkers and anything else they imagine.

But from the trailer I get the impression it isn't going to be substantial...which is what they assured us DLC was to be .
I didn't expect a quick release tbh...I do hope the end product doesn't looked rushed like the ' whole game' which was meant to be DA2.

Regardless.... I will purchase it on principal and recommend everyone do so.

Bethesda ..have given to the community longevity which is refreshing considering the present trend of dumbed down franchises, omitting features and milking the kids.

Bethesda should be lauded by the community ...the success demonstrates perfectly that game modding is still huge, despite EA/Activisions attempt to crush it.Then insultingly attempt to sell you it back with their premium and elite memberships etc.

Bioware are garbage now (just to get that in)

I hope the community respond well to Bethesda DLC because you can be assured the eyes of the industry are watching

We really don't know how big it's going to be. All we know is that it's cheaper than SI but more expensive than any Fallout 3 DLC, so it should be reasonably sized

I am quite confident in the Dawnguard DLC being very substantial, actually. Nearly every piece of DLC(aside from the item/armor packs we've recieved in previous games from time to time) has been quite substantial and extraordinary. From Morrowind, Fallout 3, Oblivion, and now Skyrim. They work their asses off, and deeply support the community as well.

While I'm still a fan of Bioware, I will admit, they have gone downhill since EA bought them. EA is a terrible and greedy company anyway, but I won't write about that. My point is, Bethesda basically has always made good on their words in regards to their products. Not many corporations do anymore. Dawnguard will be no different, rest assured.

Besides, I've been hoping for a more "realistic" vampire in the Elder Scrolls, one that can grab an innocent bystander(or enemy, whichever) and just drink them dry. Not just when they are sleeping. Apparently your character will finally be able to do that. It will be awesome.

We were told in the original Skyrim we could mess with hold economies but that wasnt to be in the vanilla release. It would be nice if these features that Todd discussed before release were introduced in Dawnguard.

So. You think you know how big the DLC pack will be after viewing a 3 minute trailer?

If they add a new landmass, I'm going to be more than pleased with the DLC.

If they don't add new landmass, I sure hope they have many new features and updates that are worthy replacements.
