[Idea]Skyrim Character Folder

Post » Fri Jun 15, 2012 9:54 am

Well I am not sure which section this should be posted in but I think General should be the right one.

Now this is a suggestion which I think will come in very handy. Do you have multiple characters with lots of different saves with each character? I do, I have over 200 saves on my Xbox 360 and trying to find my old saves for my other characters is very hard and long process. So the idea is that when you create a new character it also creates a folder like thing. So every save with that character gets put in that folder so you can easily change character. Then each folder has it own autosave ect.

Here are is a picture which I made in Photoshop to show my suggestion in a more clear way.

It doesn't have to look exactly like this but this is a rough idea I had which I made in Photoshop. I think this would be a great feature to add to Skyrim as I have a lot of saves and characters which I like to switch to.

What I normally do is click Save and new save otherwise it takes longer and when I need to quickly leave it kind of svcks. :P Probably my own fault I have so many but this feature would sure as hell make it easier.

It's tedious, but you don't have nearly as many as you think. I have just over 150 but I saw another thread about how many saves people had and saw numbers over 3-4k.

I know people have a lot more saves than me but from my knowledge from my friends and people on different forums as well as my experiences it was roughly 100-200 saves.
