The jarl of riften told me i can buy the house but the steward wont sell! it me ive checked on the wiki and ive done all quests needed to obtain it, then i tried the console command setstageFreeformRiftenThane20 which the wiki said would change it but it said it wasnt found, I havent really used console commands so not sure if I put it in correctly, any help would be very welcome as I really need that house for my current character who spends most of her time skulking around the Rift
