Has it been said whether we can acquire Dragonbone weapons or whether we will have to smith them ourselves? Right now I have yet to use one perk for smithing and I'm level 17.

If you're a high enough level, it should come as a rare item in chests if it is not lootable on enemies or you can't craft it. Otherwise, nothing has been said.

You can craft it.

I've seen enemies wearing Dragonplate armor, maybe Dragonbone weapons will be added to the Loot tables, because I totally don't want to invest in smithing perks outside of Arcane Blacksmith, I just feel it breaks the game too hard.

What about Dragonscale weapons

It makes more sense been dragon bone weapons to be honest. You never know though, you may need scales to help craft dragon weaps.
