Preparing a character for dawnguard might be a bad idea

Now I was thinking because vampire lord and werewolf perk trees require active use of those abilities to perk up, if your going either way you'd want to do it with as fresh a character as possible so its easier to clear out those bandit camps and such. If your already high level it will be much more difficult to level up either. Now if your going for "plain" Dovahkiin dawnguard warrior it probably won't matter, but to those planing to use either the werewolf or vampire lord prek trees its probably best to wait until the DLC is out to make a character for it.

I have to disagree there is plenty of people to kills in skyrim, plus the game respawns the camps after a set time

I am making a character for dawnguard now and the other day I had one to be a vampire lord. Once both are ready for the expansion I will play oblivion until Dawnguard is released

It's not THAT difficult to kill people with werewolves at high levels, I imagine the vampire lord will be the same way. If you're a high level all you have to do is avoid transforming in front of powerful enemies and large mobs.

I have a level 30 character that Ive been useing for a good while.Ill probly just use him.I kinda doubt Im guna roll with the vampires any way my first go around, as this guys an honerable-grey fox like character.

Now, I do have a DB character that I havnt used much who's very evil.Ill probly use him for the vamps, as he's both low level, and a real bastard.

That will just make the leveling slower, you need to kill the foes with life drain to level up the vampire which will be much more easily done when your low-level as well. Werewolf would be a bit easier as you could wipe out the dungeon transform then feed on everyone you killed, but they might check for that tactic.

I have to disagree there is plenty of people to kills in skyrim, plus the game respawns the camps after a set time
Ah but you'll be facing higher level enemies using lower level abilities from the respective perk tree.

It could be like switching fighting styles mid way through the game from a two-handed heavy armor to a destruction using light armor. (though without the wasted perk problem) Is significantly more difficult as your foes are scaled high but your using low-end skills. And given we know so little about the vampire and wolf abilities we can't be sure what exactly is going to be advantageous.
