I am currently playing as a werewolf, and since I didn't know there would be a vampire joining DLC, I killed all the witches. I want to play as the vampires, and I am kind of freaking out because there is no way to get rid of the Lycanthropy. Can I still join them. I don't want to make a new character!!!

did you take witches heads or go back to the cave and see if you can still take their heads? if you progress further in the companions theres a quest to kill the witches and take their heads...someone needs 1 for the quest but after that you can use 1 to cure yourself of lycanthropy forever

No I heard they would cure you and turn you in to a vampire

I believe becoming a vampire cures your lycanthropy

You should be able to cure it when you agree to transforming to one of Lord Harkon's minions!

It cures it in the DLC. But as of right now there is an glitch where you can still have the power to transform into a werewolf and still be a vampire:). I use it on my Nord Battlemage.
