What do you think what happens when you get on the highest point of Skyrim, and start to fly in vampire form. Would it be possible to fly all across the sky, if you have enough stamina, since you are unable to fall?

No, you just glide across the ground and water. I think.

I think it is similar to the dragon priest hover rather than actual flight. you are able to hover a foot over solid ground, so i imagine you would glide down the slope but in doing so recive no fall damage.

Yeah, I think it's more like hovering than flying. As cool as taking off like a dragon would...being all "Farewell, but my planet needs me!"
