So when i submitted my application for the Skyrim Dawnguard Beta, I didn't have an account on the forums using the email that i used in the application process. Does this completely ruin my chances of getting access to the Beta if i made an account on the forums AFTER i signed up for the beta? Even if the emails i used are the same?

If I were you I would redo the survey as that deletes the old one, replacing it with the new.
