Is it possible to use Bound Bow on horse in mounted combat?
I know you can't use spells but you can use bow, so I thought that Bound Bow should work then or?

no..at least i dont think my friend tried to summon a sword before and after he got on the horse both failed so i assume it will be same for bow dont take my word on it though :\

Did I miss something? Will the upcoming DLC let you use weapons on horseback? I would kill for mounted archery....

There's a patch out for the pc and 360 (not sure about ps3) that includes mounted combat that came out yesterday. So it mounted combat will be in the next dlc, but it came out before.

To me it wouldn't matter anyway. I got the hang of using a sword from horseback in one fight with one mangy necromancer, but I can't hit a thing with the bow. HUD opacity at the lowest but one setting doesn't help, I suppose, but I can manage with that and archery on foot. See a wolf, fire, miss, oh bugger, it's already too close for me to aim that low even if I had the skill to hit it in the first place. Good job I have a curved sword.

you can use melee weapons and bows from horseback, just cant use magic :/

No bound weapons in Patch 1.6 - who knows, perhaps a future update will allow bound weapons, however.

I hope so bond are the only weapons I use : \
