A while back I decided to make a Reachmen (breton). Her story was a young girl who was taught the old ways of the reach by her father. When I got to character creation, I had a basic idea of what I wanted: braided hair, green eyes, tribal markings, etc. I could do all that, yet perhaps the most obvious thing, something that was easy to do in Oblivion, make my character young, was gone. My breton had wrinkles on her forehead that I couldn't get rid of. I messed with the complexion slider, I messed with the head settings, and all I could do was give her MORE wrinkles, not NO wrinkles. So I'm stuck with a teenager who looks like she's fourty. What the heck Bethesda?
Why can't we get rid of our wrinkles? Sure, not all races have that problem to the same extent, but it's an issue, especially when it comes to males and bretons who often have very noticeable wrinkles. Some use mods, and it's easy to fix, some use workarounds with little success. The question still remains though, why didn't Bethesda give us a coherant age slider, or at least a way to remove the wrinkles (complexion doesn't get rid of them all, especially on bretons). I know not everyone wants a young or old character, but why keep it away from all or us? So what do you guys think? Should have the choice to get rid of the wrinkles on our faces?
