Did anyone else have the problem where after you downloaded the update it keeps showing you the messages explaining how to use the menu, items list ect.. every time you go into it. Am I the only one having this problem or is it a common thing.

I had the same problem but it only showed each message once for me. I think it just reset that feature of the game and the game acted as though you had never seen any of the menus. Not a problem really just slightly annoying

I've been having some more glitches than usual in my game. I don't mind the game thinking some of the things I am doing is the first time I've done them (not a big deal to me). But one glitch was nearly game-breaking.

It was when I was using my bow to snipe some Mages in a castle (the one where you have to go in to get the three books for the College). I was zoomed in (and not having the slow time perk) and I fired my arrow. The camera zoomed out to show the kill. But instead, the camera just stayed on my character for about ten seconds, then went back to first person.

When that happened, my Stamina was continuously draining! And I couldn't use my bow! No matter what I did (unequip my weapons, try to attack, etc), it wouldn't recover and I couldn't fire another arrow!

It was fixed when I saved my game and then reloaded... but I figured it was something to note. Because if reloading didn't fix it... well, we would be up a creek in Oblivion without a padel!

And we all know what the creeks are like in Oblivion! More than once I have burnt my butt in that lava.

The same thing happened to me like 2hours ago but I waited 2minutes and it went back to normal

This has happend to me also. You should report glitches in the technical forum for xbox360. Its helps the devs if all the glitch reports are in a single place.

I get the menu thing also; however, my weirdest glitch wa when I was crouched using my bow, it entered a kill cam, then after it ended I went to stand up. My reticle changed to that of standing position although I was still crouched and when I tried to run I started to do the stealth roll, a perk of which I don't have yet on the character I was using!!! All I had to do was reload an luckily I had saved recently. But I have encountered glitches like that before on the fallout series and that usually corrupted my game save. So I was freaking out when it occured! :/

Yeah, happened to me as well. I was annoyed by it.
