As in we don't have to wait for a Kill Cam to decapitate, but rather normal attacks cut off heads?

is this an unreasonable request?

It's already in game. The decapitation perk let's you do one when you perform a standing power attack. I've never seen it though.

Wow, you were slow on this one, normally I would have expected to have seen your usual "killcams = max svckitude" post as the very first post after the OP.
You need to up your game mate, because there are still people out there who, I am sure, are unaware of your stance re: killcams...
