Fixing Side Quests? : V

Are there any plans to remove the completed quests of the thieves guild (and others) radiant side quests? Why they are even under actual quests instead of Miscellaneous I'll never know.

Also they really need to fix the goblets and what not left over if you decline a mission after accepting walked into a house for a quest I previously canceled only to do it later and see the old objects I had to steal.
