Best you can do is a couple Alch shops, they usually have a good seven hundred quid between them.
Takes effort to sell loot, just remember that :P

Khajiit traders will buy them. They also have some other light and valuable items in their inventory so if they have not enough money for all of your bones buy something from them which you can sell again to some other merchant.

Dragon bones shouldn't be sold, they should be horded in the finest looking chest in your house. And when you visit you should jump on top of it and hiss at your housecarl if they wander too close.

Also, I believe Enthir at the College of Winterhold buys them.

Sadly, no. Blacksmith shops will carry the most gold (Whiterun has a bonus of two vendors at Warmaiden's). If you don't have the Speech perk to allow all shops to buy all items, you may have no choice but to go between shops. Wizards don't buy any of them. Blacksmiths only buy the scales. Alchemy shops do both, but carry 700g. Traders will do both, but their gold varies by region.

Start hoofing it.

PS: Whiterun is the best place because of the tight location of all the shops and its location is usually easy to get to. :)

It's only a matter of time before the DLC:
" Ye auld hospice for the insane "
Comes along at this rate :lmao:
