Help with Lydia or Aela

Post » Sat Jun 16, 2012 4:21 am

So I can not decide if I want to marry Lydia or Aela and wanted to see what you guys think. I use The house in Windhelm so both is not an option and I know how to have either one wear tavern clothes as well.

The things you do when your bored in Skyrim lol.

Aela, straight up.
Do I have a legitimate reason? No.
But that starting armor and side boob action is pretty sweet, coupled with her being a badass.
What a gal.

There is a way to do it to both after they open up shop.

Good point on the training.

Lydia is sworn to carry your burdens. And Aela is an animal in the sack. Make your choice. :deal:

I'd say Aela, but there are some glitches with her. The quests to get the totems can't be done after marrying her, so if you don't have them that'll be a problem. Unless that was fixed, but I'm not too sure.

I say Aela, since you can ask for quests from her.

Just do those three really easy quests an marry her.
Tbh it depends whether or not you want to use youre wife as a follower. Lydia is 'probably' better but i cant stand her being " sworn to carry my burdens" everytime i try ti GIVE her something.

Aela, because she has personality and looks better than Lydia, who has as much personality as a brick wall.

(Aela is who I chose :P)

Lydia. Aela loses her essential tag when you marry her, and essential followers can be VERY useful!

Aela is so much less generic than someone like Lydia. Another housecarl would be good. I personally would pick Aela.
