Hi all!

Simple question regarding radiant quests - is there a way to complete them via the console (or any other way) when they become impossible to complete?

Specifically; I currently have one bookchasing quest from the CoW where the book doesn't turn up in the flagged container (possibly because I already had a copy of that title when I was given the quest), and the old orc fellow won't accept the other copies of the same title I have found. Similarly, a dragon hunting quest given by the innkeeper in Riften sent me to an empty dragon "nest".
