On Skyrim it would have to be the Ebony Blade thing or Molag Bal's Mace

Dawnbreaker, it's pretty & has a bunch of moving parts.
And it's a LotR reference.
And it's a great flash light & draugr detector.

In terms on concept, I think Ebony Blade is the coolest. I'm a svcker for evil swords. But I think my overall favorite would have to be the Mace of Molag Bal. Whichever Beth designer created that weapon, I can only imagine the creative process for it. Take a close look at it in your inventory next time you get a chance, it's truly a work of art.
