i havent used it before and i only found out about it from this forum and i was wondering if someone could explain to me how it works and the purpose of it. thank you

I've never heard of it.

You basically use it to plan out the perks for your character.

apparently its something that lets you map out all your perks and skills or something like that but i just want a thorough explanation so i dont have to try to figure it out on my own
