I may be a bit late... but I just discovered a way to rapidly level up in Alteration. I bought the Telekinesis spell and decided to use it to ransack Uthgerd's house. I spent about 15 minutes throwing everything movable in her home into the fire. In that time I think I leveled up at least 6 or 7 times. It's not really an *exploit* since you're actually using the spell.
