Can't absorbed dragon's soul! WTF

Just had an epic battle with one mutha of a dragonn....

but my character just isn't absorbing the soul! What can I do?

If you killed that dragon more than once at a certain spawn point where the word wall is or if it's in a city sometimes , it won't give you a soul.

You might not able to...

I have a Frost Dragon what is super bugged and it auto spawns dead whenever I go near the Word Wall it was suppose to protect or if I fast travel around the location...

If it is a dragon at a dragon world wall and you have already killed the dragon that spawns there once, sometimes ( usually) you cannot absorb the soul.
