Help with Horn of jurgen wind caller pls : V

I am at the point where there are 3 rock looking things that open up diff gates that are back to back. I tried useing the sprint call are whatever it is
but I stop at the first gate everytime and it closes. I did have the first gate staying open but have no idea how I did it, now none will stay open
Can someone please give a clue as what to do, im stuck at this spot and its the only way throgh to get where I need to go to get the item for the theives guild, pls pls help

When I get to that part, I sprint with the sprint button past all 3 rocks. As soon as I pass the 3rd one, I use the whirlwind shout.

I try that but i still stop at the first gate, i cant go through

I actually did this a few times in earlier games before I knew there was a sprint button. Talk about frustrating.

Anyway now I just sprint until I'm between the last two stones and then use the sprint shout. That generally gets me to the gates in plenty of time.

Just run up, you don't need to sprint, to the first rock and when you see the first gate open hit your whirlwind sprint and it should carry you through. Might take a few times to get your aim down but its fairly simple.

I wonder if you can use that Draugr body at the top of the stairs on the other side to lock a gate open. Never tried that.

Well I cant get throgh, I stop inside the first gate every time, is there another way to get through? Is there a second speed to sprint? I got no clue here

Did it on second try but than again I had all three shouts for the sprint but I messed up at first, didn't aim it right and hit tha wall than sprinted like normal thru it

Their are 2 upgrades to the whirlwind sprint. Any way I usually run to the third and than use the shout. Make sure the rocks are glowing as you pass, if you miss any it will stop you at the first gate so you don't get trapped inside them.

Are all of them open at the same time, if not than it forces you to stop. Also are you on console?

Alright so can you take a screenshot of what is happening, I'm not sure I am completely getting the problem.

Are you saying the shout is ending at the first gate? If so, you are doing it to soon. Go until all three rocks are light up, then tap your shout button. If you are saying that your character is physically getting stuck on open space, like it is glitched, then youll have to load a save.

At one time I made it inside the second gate, but after that, Im either stopping at the first gate or I stop at the second gate

Just hold the powers button after the last stone, it should make you sprint like 2 times and that easily gets you there. Just hold it.

In my experience, it was just a matter of aiming for the right spot. For me, I had to aim a bit to the left of what seemed natural. I'd sprint, and then I'd get caught up after the first gate. Sounds like that's what's happening for you. You're probably timing your run/shout just fine.

Thanks for the help yall, I did get through, lol thought I would never get through those gates
