I know this has been an existing glitch, both for myself and others, but I'm unable to purchase a house in Markarth. I'm level 56, and I chose the Imperials in the Civil War quest line. I've completed all of the tasks necessary, from getting the Jarl's shield to doing bounty runs. I've helped people in town and such, but it still won't let me buy the house. Also, there are some people from Markarth (I think) that just chill in Windhelm, and I don't know how important they are to this problem. Let me know what you guys think-

no, I have no idea on your problem, if ur on pc, u can probably use console commands to fix it.

I've found that if the option presents itself, but I ignore to do more bounties, the option disappears and the house is no longer available. Other than using the console, I've found no workaround.
