I have no idea if this is legit or not but I was bored and watching random youtube videos and found one that apparently using a bunch of mods or whatever tech magic he is using you can fly over the mountains and see the Imperial City after a bit.

I just wonder, is this like a base in the programming to be accessed later for a DLC or something or is it an easter egg or is this video a fake or what?

i think many people simply think its an easter egg as i believe its only viewable from one side. but i wouldn't mind going back to imperial city, seeing the mages synod and finding all these alleged artifacts they are hoarding. mostly though just to see how the dominion ravaged cyrodil

I wouldn't mind going back to it. But I would rather have new loactions instead of places we already played at.
