Follower level

How do you tell what level your follower is. I'm level 81 and am about to start the Azure's star quest in order to get that mage as a follower so will she be level 81 also?

How do you tell?

they used to be at the lvl you first met them.

i think they do nowadays lvl with the player. so your lvl is their lvl.

guys really... just use google and you get all your answers. but to help you even further:

"A follower's skills, health, and other stats are set when they are first created (which is typically when you enter their starting cell, become a Thane, and so on) and never improve from that point, outside of a handful of special cases. Each follower has a maximum level (which varies for each), and a specific set of primary skills, which are dictated by their class."

taken out of the page. so they do seem to lvl with you till a certain lvl, but their health, etc. does not improve much more. so nowadays counts still the same thing as months ago. the later you find a follower the better he is.

Wabbajack, wabbajack, wabbajack!!! Trust in the random awesomness of the Wabbajack, brothers! The only thing that can fix this until the devs release a patch (or maybe they already did? IDK)

Ya you can use the wabbajack to reset their skills so they scale to your level. I believe UESP has a guide to it.

Edit: Here's a link to the wabbajack
