This happens in certain areas. So far it's happened around riverwood and near the giant camp called crushbone or something. it's east of the vartheim towers. I think it's somewhat random where it happens. Shortly after entering these areas, I'll freaze or ctd as well. Whats weird is that sometimes I'll load the save again and it'll be fine, but eventually the problem will occur again.
