So I've had 4 major issues at one point or another...

First, the game won't load...The screen goes black but the Bethesda logo never appears.

Second, the opening screen goes green (instead of the Bethesda logo), I load my save and then there is no dialogue audio.

Third, freezing mid game and having to shut down my Xbox altogether.

Fourth, on my Elite I get a disk read error on my new box and brand new game.

What give? Any suggestions? All have happened intermittently with the freezing only happening after the recent patch...

Are you having any other problems with other games.

you said your on your Elite you get disk read error, is the Elite your new Xbox and not a slim or do you have 2 Xbox's, a Elite and a Slim?
