maybe an idea, when you 100 enchantment you can remove enchantments from items with out destroying them, so you can make rare items with the enchants you want.

I'd like that. Do you also want it to include unique items? I kinda like the idea of un-removable enchantment on certain items, like Daedric artifacts, but some are just redundant: Thieves Guild armor, for example. I like its look, but the magic effects are useless :/

A mod idea? Or maybe there'a already a mod for this?
