I came across this prank video where someone is using Cicero sound bytes. I'm wondering about some of them. I've never heard him say, "Go to the farm, the Lorius farm" and a few other things. "Stuck here, STUCK!" "Convince Lorius to fix my wheel."

I took Cicero to the Lorius farm after I saw this, but nothing happened. Does anyone have any idea why this dialogue exists? Was it cut from the game? Anyway, if you don't know, enjoy the video! <3 Cicero!
