I wonder why Bethesda limited the marriage options in Skyrim. Out of all the women available Lydia is the only one that's half-way attractive. I'd love to be able to marry Sapphire from the Thieves Guild.

I married Ysolda from Whiterun. She is not too bad.

I like Lydia, very much.

But there are other women that are "attractive". And the attractiveness does not necessarily need to be physical.

I've only had one Player Character marry so far. And that was a Dark Elf (Dunmer) stealth character. He married Jenassa and he is quite happy with that.

I thought Jenassa is attractive. Mjoll, Sylgja....

For one of my female characters, she married Moth gro-Bagol

Mjoll is twice the virtual woman lydia ever was. I don't see the obsession over her.

Jordis is very attractive for a pixel, but damm shes so expensive....
