An Idea for Dragon Souls!

I am not a modder (I play on Xbox), but I have an idea for what to do with all those extra dragon souls you end up with after you've unlocked all of the shouts. I know there is already a mod that let you spend them on new perks, but that seems unbalanced to me, and even a bit grindy.

Anyway, I was thinking that, if you have already shouted and are recharging, you could release dragon souls to shout again!

one-word shout = one dragon soul
two-word shout = two dragon souls
three-word shout = three dragon souls

Imagine being able to summon a storm, an army of animals, and Odahviing (all at the same time!) to help you lay siege to a bandit fortress. Or, to use Elemental Fury or Whirlwind Sprint while time is slowed. Or, to FUS ROH DAH an opponent that you've frozen solid! This would take being Dragonborn to a whole new level.

It would still be balanced, as dragons are not that common. Also, some Shouts could be made to work against each other, such as Storm Call with Clear Skies, Call Dragon with Dragonrend, and Animal Allegiance with Dismay or Kyne's Peace. There would have to be some sort of safeguard against exploiting Shout recharge times to prevent someone from following a three-word Storm Call (10 minute recharge) with the first word of Disarm (30 second recharge). Maybe force the game to stack recharge times on top of each other? I don't know how to make mods, haha.

One final thought I had is for a neat way to distinguish regular Shouts from Dragon Soul Release Shouts. Instead of simply shouting the words, each word could be accompanied by the roar of a dragon. For a stealthier Shout like Aura Whisper, a light growl could be heard instead of a roar, or for Kyne's Peace, the rush of a dragon's wings.

I hope someone who knows how to make mods reads this and thinks it is a good idea, or is inspired by it at least! I would love to see this in the game.

Huh... That's actually a great idea, especially if you go for the stacking recharge times concept.
