How to upload to Workshop?

I am trying to figure out how I am supposed to upload a file that is not created in the CK to the workshop. What i have is a set of mountain textures I am trying to upload to test this out. I am really hating this steam workshop already. <_<

Need to make an .esp, mind as well put your textures in a .bsa as well for ease of use.

Says "no active plugin loaded......." when select upload file/archive, or whatever the hell, then I can choose only ok, or cancel....

I don't know why the hell they don't just have a freaking upload button on their stupid webpage. I am very frustrated. :smile:
