Porting existing voice files

Has anyone given consideration to porting existing voice files into use for the CK? Before we had to have wav files to create the lip files and kp3s to play. What is the current format?

I believe the CK can still use WAV--see the bottom of http://www.creationkit.com/Topic_Info on the wiki.

The FUZ format is merely a container for WAV/LIP pairs. IIRC. LIP files generated by the previous CS will work fine in Skyrim.
