Does anyone know how to edit or create a house? Mainly I want to create an armory that is actually decent, but I've looked everywhere and couldn't find a tutorial of some sort

Well, you can start building one from the scratch or you can use the Breezehome, and just edit it and expand it to add new rooms, etc. Start with the beginners tutorial guide on Creationkit.com it talks about how to make new layouts.
