Okay, i know i am missing something very obvious here, i cannot for the life of me figure out how to create a new faction with the creation kit.

With the old Oblivion CS i remember clicking on one of the tabs such as world or character and then faction.. from there i could create a new faction and set the relations etc.

Can some one tell me where this menu is now? i've checked the wiki but while it does explain a little bit on how it works, it does not actually show or tell me how i get to the faction window in the first place.

In the Object Window, in the left hand tree, it is Character > Faction. Right-click and choose "New."

It's in the Character tree in the objects window.

Urg, i didn't even think to check the side tabs...
