Grrr. How do I create a unique outfitadd items to a characte

I'm grumbling. While we're at it, can I manually create a new class / change the skills/stats of a NPC?

I've gotten it to trip over into letting me put in values, but then it just goes away/is only one tiny little point i have to click to get it to work.

Thanks, much obliged.

ed. i've gotten a new outfit in, at least. And inventory. I might just have to create a new class to get the skills/stats I'd prefer.

How did you do the outfit?

I tried duplicating an existing outfit so I could edit it, and I tried creating a new one. Neither caused any new outfits to appear

In order for the new outfit to appear you do have to place it somewhere in game. Whether that be a chest, laying on the ground, a special item on a merchant or a quest reward. I don't know that you can place it directly into your character's inventory, but you might be able to add it to a short quest as an additional reward.
