Dear Bethesda,

I can export almost everything from the Creation Kit, but how can I import the modified files afterwards?

I'm sure I could do that with Morrowind's and Oblivion's Construction Set.

Also, just realized, there is no option to combine plugins, too.
Why? Why would they actually take out stuff that works fine?
