About 2 weeks after Skyrim's release this meme exploded all over the internet. Every other comment on youtube has to do with taking an arrow to the knee or the occasional creative mind saying "i took a knee to the arrow" or some spinoff of it. It's absoluetly horrible. This meme has butt [censored] the minecraft forums and made youtube it's [censored]. And I come to the Skyrim forums and I haven't seen a single arrow knee comment. I applaud you.

That's mainly because the Black Plague that is known as "the arrow in the knee" has moved on and out of this website to cause pestilence in others.

It's lingering effects still remains though.

I know it has jumped the shark, because my senior citizen mother called me 3 days ago and asked me what it was. I told it was referring to an assassination attempt on a Kardashian. She's still doing google searches.

Merged? Yes.... Deleted? Only when being directed towards a thread with the same topic. Such is the way of how this particular board operates.

Frankly I don't mind it, except when a user of that meme completely reaches just to get a laugh from someone. Recently, instead of laughs, they're mostly getting chirping crickets.
